            We are dedicated to building and maintaining a highly valuable and well respected Employee Benefits and Insurance General Agency.  We are focused on operational excellence and the satisfaction of our customers - the brokers and their clients who work with us.  In order to achieve these goals we must:

             Represent those companies and plans that we, as parents, would feel comfortable covering our own children.

            This concern usually leads to the question of business ownership.  Let us assure you that you own the business you place with us. Our pledge to you is that we will protect your client and the relationship you have with them to our utmost ability.

 Background & Accomplishments

            The groundwork began in early 1992 with the concept of bringing together successful professionals who had experience in insurance, marketing, sales and business.  After an arduous few months of organizational efforts the concept became ÆGIS PACIFIC Insurance in 1993.

            The agency began from a standing start with no existing book of business, no client base, no prospects in the works, and no lead flow.  By the end of 1994 ÆGIS PACIFIC had become Blue Shield’s top producer in a mere 14 strenuous months.  During that short time ÆGIS PACIFIC placed nearly twice as much business with Blue Shield as any other agent or broker in California had done in the previous 24 months.  During 1995 and 1996 ÆGIS PACIFIC maintained its production leadership position with Blue Shield and was invited to become one of three Blue Shield of California General Agents in 1997.

            During our years as benefits brokers we have probably run across just about any difficult and challenging situation you can imagine.  From large association cases under Small Group Reform laws to union plans to groups with 2 employees; we have probably been where you are today and we are here to help you.  Æ
